These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Comunal, Inc. (“Comunal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using comunal.nyc, applying for membership, or becoming a member, you agree to the following:

Comunal memberships are processed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are billed automatically each month through Stripe.

Initial Comunal memberships begin at $50 per month and include full access to the Comunal concierge and membership.

All Comunal memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. By becoming a member, you agree to remain responsible for the applicable membership fees throughout your minimum 12-month membership term.

Upon the opening of Comunal's New York City location, active Comunal members who are New York City residents may be upgraded to the physical Comunal membership. Membership pricing may increase to up to $300 per month in connection with this upgrade. Eligibility, availability, and admission to the physical membership remain subject to Comunal's approval and membership capacity.

By applying for membership, you may be required to submit a $50 deposit. If your application is not accepted, this deposit will be refunded. If accepted, the deposit will be applied toward your membership.

By submitting a payment method to Comunal, you authorize Comunal and its payment processor to store and charge that payment method for applicable membership fees and any concierge-approved purchases, reservations, or services.

Memberships may not be canceled during the initial 12-month commitment. After the initial 12-month period, memberships may be canceled by contacting concierge@comunal.nyc.

Any attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or otherwise tamper with Comunal's membership requirements, pricing, eligibility, payment obligations, or membership systems may result in suspension or permanent removal from Comunal.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except where otherwise required by law.

Content and experiences provided by Comunal are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, transferred, or resold without permission.

We may update, change, or discontinue memberships, events, services, benefits, or offerings at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Comunal is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the use of our site or services.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of Comunal's site or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
