These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Comunal, Inc. (“Comunal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using comunal.nyc, you agree to the following:
Comunal memberships are processed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are billed automatically each month through Stripe.
By applying for a membership, you may be required to submit a $100 deposit. If your application is not accepted, this deposit will be refunded. If accepted, the deposit will be applied toward your first month of membership.
By submitting the $100 deposit, you authorize Comunal to store and charge the payment method used for the deposit for all future membership fees and any concierge-approved purchases, reservations, or services.
Memberships require a 12-month commitment. Monthly billing of $300 will begin once Comunal officially opens.
After the initial 12-month period, memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting the concierge at concierge@comunal.nyc.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Content and experiences provided by Comunal are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
We may update, change, or discontinue memberships, events, or services at our discretion.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from using our site or services.
These Terms may be updated at any time, and your continued use of the site means you accept those updates.
