By using comunal.nyc, you agree to the following:

1. Comunal memberships are processed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are billed automatically each month through Stripe.
2. First-time memberships are a 12-month commitment. After the initial year, memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting the concierge at concierge@comunal.nyc.
3. Content and experiences provided by Comunal are for personal use only and may not be copied or resold without permission.
4. We may update, change, or discontinue memberships, events, or services at our discretion.
5. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from using our site or services.
6. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
7. These terms may be updated at any time, and your continued use of the site means you accept those updates.
